Somatic Coach
Mark is a Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Somatic Coach and currently studying Visionary Craniosacral Work
( Milne Institute).
Mark brings to his practice more than twenty five years professional dance experience. He danced with Scottish Ballet and Rambert Dance Company. He offers a very attuned, delicate way of working. His work with clients is offering a space which is heartfelt and human. Accompanying clients as they unfold in their process of healing and integration.
In sessions Mark offers a collaborative space for unfolding. This may include touch, tracking sensations, movement, and space to listen to the heart.
He is interested in working with people to co-create the therapeutic space, helping clients remember their innate wisdom and inner knowing. Mark has a passion for supporting people to remember their essence and empower them to lead a creative and full life. This may include artists, performers, musicians and people from all backgrounds and walks of life. For Mark it is important to include a space for the spiritual dimension of the client’s world.
He has extensive experience helping clients integrate and move through challenging life experiences and stress. In the process of being with challenges and moving through them clients increase in resilience and aliveness.
Mark is a life learner of many healing arts and he sees his own healing as one of the aspects offered in the sessions. He is in regular supervision and has several mentors and teachers.
Each therapeutic relationship is unique and together we can create something that has depth and meaning.
